The Inverness Country Club Club House is the perfect facility for birthdays, graduation parties, anniversaries, small weddings or just family gatherings in general.  Our Club House has capacity for 100 guests with a full service kitchen for you or a hired caterer to prepare a meal for your event. There is plenty of lawn space out front for games, tents, additional seating, bouncey houses, etc.  See below for additional details or contact Club House Committee Chairman Dean Boote at 734-475-6068 with questions.

Effective January 1, 2010 the following rates have been established for the rental of the Club House facility. Please let your friends and neighbors know they have North Lake’s only banquet hall available for their next get together!!  Click here to see what rental dates are currently available.

Inverness Member Rates:               

Full Day Weekend:    $200.00  (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)         
Half-Day Weekend:     $75.00  (4 Hours-done by 2 PM same day)

Full Day Weekday:    $125.00                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Half-Day Weekday:     $75.00   (4 Hours, any time slot morning, afternoon or evening)

Non-Member Rates:                        

Full Day:         $350.00
Half-Day         $200.00 (4 Hours-done by 2 PM same day)

• Non-Members will also pay a $100 Cleaning and Security Deposit at time of contract initiation. This refundable deposit will cover damages and cleaning above that provided by renters. 

Cancellation Policy (applies to both Members and Non-Members renting facility):

• 20% of rate contracted will be payable to club for any event cancelled not more than 48 hours prior to date of event. 

Planning an event?  Here are a few things to consider:

With your rental you have access to 12 5' diameter round tables that will seat 6 to 8 people per table, 5 8' long food serving or head tables for a wedding, folding metal chairs for up to 100 guests and several smaller tables that can be used for gift, cake or drink tables.  There are a couple of options available for candle or flower center pieces for the tables.  You will also have access to coffee pots, 2 5 gallon cold drink cooler dispensers, ice buckets, a cold cuts & salad bar serving center on wheels and a sound and PA system you can hook an iPod or other external music device into.  There is also cable TV and internet service available for your use in the Clubhouse. 

A few items you may want to consider bringing with you are table and seat coverings, decorations, serving dishes, utensils, cups, band or DJ, table center pieces and a grill if you plan to cook outdoors.  Recommendations can be provided for rental companies and caterers on request.

2. NO SMOKING IN BUILDING
3. ALL TRASH IS TO BE PUT IN PLASTIC BAGS AND PLACED IN THE DUMPSTER.
4. KITCHEN SINKS AND COUNTERS SHOULD BE LEFT CLEAN.
5. REFRIGERATORS SHOULD BE LEFT WITH NO FOOD IN THEM.
6. CHECK TO SEE THAT HEAT IS TURNED DOWN OR AIR TURNED OFF, WINDOWS CLOSED, TOILETS AND SINKS NOT RUNNING, LIGHTS TURNED OFF AND DOORS LOCKED.
7. RETURN KEY TO THE PERSON YOU RECEIVED IT FROM OR LEAVE ON COUNTER TOP.
8. REPORT ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR RENTAL TO THE PRO SHOP OR CALL 475-6068.
